I had very high expectations going in, and everything about this place exceeded those expectations. The home is massive, yet every room is warm, inviting, and offers a new surprise. Every room has a beautiful view, but sitting out on the deck just takes your breath away.
Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge could keep you entertained for weeks, but it was always hard to leave Grandview Lodge because it is such a special place. It’s one of those experiences you’ll remember for a lifetime. WE WILL BE BACK!

This home is absolutely gorgeous, view incredible, close to all restaurants and attractions, if you just want to stay there and go no where there’s pool, game room, and theater! Just sitting on deck with fireplace looking at the view was absolutely wonderful! Well worth the visit was very impressive !!! Experience you need to have!!!!

This is a must stay if going to Gatlinberg. Words can’t describe how nice this place really is. It has the best view of the mountain you can get. Also, Duane is an excellent host.
The word to describe the house is ‘spectacular.’ It was like staying in our own hotel with spacious rooms, amazing amenities, and beautiful views. We are already planning our return trip to this house.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warmth and hospitality. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. The attention to detail was incredible – from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen. Duane went above and beyond to make sure I had a seamless experience, offering helpful local tips and checking in to ensure everything was perfect. I truly felt like I was staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental. I highly recommend this spot and would love to return anytime! 5 stars all the way!

What a beautiful home in the Smoky Mountains! My family and I were blessed to be among the first groups to rent this amazing home in Gatlinburg, and our expectations were blown away! We have already booked again for next year with additional family members to help offset some cost, because we had way too much space for our group of 10! Great Memories
